TPA was commissioned to produce a marketing model for a medium sized development of around 40 homes near Oxford. With a small project budget we had to be clever about how we created the biggest impact for the money. To reduce costs the building plots we modelled as solid blocks with applied textures and window labels rather than individual hollow core. This then allowed us to mould and cast replicated plots reducing the project work hours.
The decision was made to model this scheme without lighting. This allowed us to invest more time in the detailing of the building designs which helped showcase the quality of the homes being marketed. To highlight each plot and number a laser cut plaque from a brushed gold laser material was used. This material also tied in with the branding of the marketing suite giving an overall considered approach for the sales team.
