The Pomeroy
As with any project our first objective was to establish a sensible model scale that will fit within marketing suite whilst showing adequate detail for marketing the building. Once the model extents were approved by the client we began production of the scheme.
Alongside the physical model production, we teamed up with Quintessence to produce interactive lighting control system. This allowed the model to be used as an individual plot finder or simply to light the model to highlight the architectural features. Quintessence worked directly with Peabody to produce the interactive sale platform which allowed for a more efficient production time of both software and model.
During production, regular contact with Peabody and Quintessence was made to guarantee the seamless delivery of the project. TPA also gave regular updates at key points of the project along with providing samples of all finishes for final approval. The model, display plinth and interactive system were very well received by Peabody and lead architect which was a testament to the quality of work and thorough planning by TPA.
